As Inspiration Facilitators we help energize teams to embrace new ways of working and let go of outdated practices.

Don’t you just love when everything falls into place, and you know that something was meant to be? That’s how we feel about WorkFULL Wonders. All the pieces began to align, and we both just knew that we absolutely had to start a business that could support what we recognized as a pivotal time in team and staff development.

We first met as senior staff for an academic based National Workforce Development Center. We spent a year collaborating with a team to re-design and launch a program serving thousands. It was big, it was complicated, and it was a massive level of effort for all staff. We helped them manage-up effectively, engaging senior leadership. We helped them better understand their customers, partners and competitors to inform their design. We knew when to slow them down, when to speed them up and when to build their capacities to work differently. Together we moved the team toward success. We knew our partnership was something special- our individual skills and experiences both complimenting each other as well as being aligned in the things that really matter.

Fast forward to the pandemic. We joined forces again to support public health leaders across the United States on the front lines. We ensured they had the resources they needed to do the important work of saving lives. We provided them with just-right leadership support as they faced the hardest days of their careers. And we helped them bring their workforce back to life after extreme burn out.

Apart from all our collaborative work we both have over 25 years in training & consulting, strategic planning, quality improvement and workforce and leadership development. We have served hundreds of organizations and teams of all shapes and sizes to make meaningful changes aligned with purpose.

Healthy organizations know workplace culture is EVERYTHING and investing here is what will provide the foundation for higher productivity, new innovations and better results.

Jeannine Herrick is a Leadership Coach who helps leaders leverage opportunities to drive massive organizational change. Jeannine has worked in all sorts of contexts and has a knack for putting people at ease and making hard things feel fun. She is a big believer in designing work to fit life and leaning into strengths. She is known for gently pulling teams out of the weeds to focus on big picture progress.

Amanda Cornett is an Organizational and Staff Development strategist who helps teams realize their fuller potential. She has a special talent for zooming in on a series of subtle small shifts that can utterly transform a team's performance.

Amanda is known for her knack to reflect back to a group exactly what they need to hear to move the work forward. She is a heart centered coach who listens hard and can inspire groups to adopt new ways of thinking and doing in relatable ways. Amanda's encouraging way of being makes a lasting impression with everyone she serves.

We help leaders and staff reach unimaginable goals by providing groups with dedicated time and space for thinking in different ways. We use a carefully designed facilitated process aimed to extract important insights combined with targeted coaching to design a custom workplace culture that is a JUST RIGHT fit for who our clients are now and where they are going next.
